These terms govern your use of Dream Car Tracker ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) to use Dream Car Tracker. By signing up you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dreamcartracker.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

One person, one account. Don't impersonate other people or create accounts to evade prior bans, blocks, or content actions.

3. Content you post

You retain ownership of content you create in the app (posts, comments, photos, polls, reactions). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the app and show it to other users you've chosen to share with.

You agree NOT to post content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or violates anyone's rights
• Harasses, threatens, defames, or impersonates any person
• Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination based on protected characteristics
• Is sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, or otherwise objectionable
• Contains spam, repeated commercial solicitation, or links to malware
• Misrepresents factual information in a way intended to deceive (misinformation)
• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property
• Reveals personal information about other people without consent

4. Reporting + blocking

You can report any post, comment, or profile that violates these terms via the "..." menu on that content. You can block users from any of their content; blocked users cannot see your posts in their feed and you stop seeing theirs.

We review reports within 24 hours of submission. Actions range from leaving the content in place (no violation) to removing it and suspending the author. Repeated or severe violations result in account termination.

5. Dealer + financing offers

Dream Car Tracker may show offers from third-party dealerships and financing partners. These offers appear ONLY if you opt in (Settings → toggle dealer / financing offers on). Showing an offer is not an endorsement by us, and we are not a party to any transaction you enter into with a dealer or lender.

We do not provide financial advice. The savings projections, loan calculations, and offer matches in the app are estimates, not commitments. Actual rates, prices, and terms are determined by the dealer or lender based on your full credit profile, which we never see.

6. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code
• Probe, scan, or otherwise test the security of our infrastructure without prior written permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the app or extract data
• Interfere with other users' ability to use the app
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, dealers' data, or our admin tools
• Use the app to send unsolicited messages, advertising, or chain content

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data per our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, especially the content rules in section 3 or the acceptable-use rules in section 6. We will notify you of the reason where reasonable and not prohibited by safety / legal considerations.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate car prices or financing terms, or that any specific dealer or lender will accept you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Car Tracker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when we add features or change how the app works. Material changes will be notified in-app before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current revision. Continued use after a material change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Dream Car Tracker is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
